Isa Nichols has approximately 30 years experience in the Accounting, Auditing, and Bookkeeping business / industry within the Entertainment, Accounting, Research, and Management Services sector. 

Nichols has also served as the CEO/Executive Director of the Maxine Mimms Academies which provides Educational Services, Training, ad Employment Services for vulnerable youth ages 16-21, and the CEO of the Jireh-Shalom Foundation – a nonprofit organization that focuses Restorative Justice Advocacy.
